Windermere House testimonial

Our Son has been in Windermere House ran by Barchester almost a year. Previous to his admission at Windermere House he was trapped in the NHS system, revolving door of section, admission to an acute hospital, sometimes miles away from home. It has been distressing as his parents to be so worried about him and the only thing they seemed to do was fill him full of drugs and then release him to fail again and again. 

We were apprehensive initially of the offer of rehabilitation but both of us are so happy to know our son is in a fantastic setting. 

The hospital staff are excellent. Any queries or concerns are just a phone call away and are dealt with promptly and courteously. 

I feel that the doctors have our son’s best interests at heart. They have put him on some great medication and his mind seems less busy. On the occasion he has had some adverse affects we are confident that the doctors and nurses work hard to help our Son. 

We will always be grateful for the opportunity of rehabilitation for our son at Windermere House.
