Our hospitals provide a range of services. For short-term care needs we have a rehabilitative focus, where we work with referring commissioners to ensure a transparent, outcome-focussed process delivered by our multi-disciplinary support teams.
Where possible and appropriate we work with commissioners and the individual to agree clear, time-specific goals.
Where we are providing longer-term care we focus on independence, dignity and choice, with person-centred care planning and activities programmes.
